The first time we stayed here was nice.. Then the second time we stayed here was not so nice.. Our Room we had was just ok.. I upgraded to a suite and it was not really a suite at all.. It was outdated and needed a lot of work.. We found Roaches in our couch on the second to last day we were there which disgusted my wife and my family.. The Smoke alarm went off every time someone took a shower. Which I called about 3 times and never got fixed. For the money, next time I will book a house on 30a. A beautiful resort with stunning views! And even though we were there during TS Cindy, and couldn't go in the gulf there were many activities on and around the resort. We will definitely be back!

We got to Destin earlier than expected and the lady at the front desk was one of the nicest customer service people that I have ever dealt with. We had no trouble checking in early. The staff was great . The beach had double red flags the first 2 days there but the kids still enjoyed their selves. Our view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The only complaint i would have about our whole trip was the couch bed smelled like urine . So none of the kids wanted to sleep on it. We let the kids swim early this mornin... read more
