The staff and hotel are amazing. Such kindness and compassion they showed to us. We had to evacuate due to Irma and they even allowed us to bring our pups. Our every need was attended to with professionalism and human kindness. And it is a beautiful resort! Try the filet in the restaurant Sandcastle, yum!

This was our first time in destin orMiramar beach guess it's the same thing lol , we were there bc of Irma , what a great place to be during such a difficult time , Hilton always goes above and beyond, and this Hilton did just that , anything we needed we got it , rooms were awesome staff was super nice , beach and pool and restaurants and in door pool . Everything was perfect, didn't want to leave , can't wait to be back when it's not for a hurricane. See you soon Hilton sandestin .�

We are here under interesting times, Irma hit and most guests were evacuees. The hotel was severely understaffed and made no apologies for the very poor service as a result. The Valet and Maids were super nice... but the wait staff and front desk acted like we were bothering them using the hotel and asking questions or patronizing the restaurant. Manager Wayne was so nice and helpful. Took great care of our family. We made the mistake of trying to leave here and check into a nearby hotel. The nearby hotel company tried to put us in a shack 3 room "villa" during the hurricane. Wayne allowed us to come back and re-check into our rooms. He went over and beyond for us and for that we are very grateful during this hard time when we fled from Tampa ,FL when we thought we were getting directly hit by a potential life changing storm Thank You Wayne & Hilton of Sandestin

The Sandestin Hotel was amazing!! We stopped there to rest while escaping Miami from Hurricane Irma! The staff was sooo nice and helpful! The view from out hotel was priceless! The pictures I took doesn't do it justice! Definitely going back to enjoy it as a vacation!

One the best places, if not the best, to get away to in the Panhandle, white soft sandy beaches, blue/aqua/green water that is crystal clear and changes colors throughout the day due to different angles the sun hits the water, guest service is awesome and housekeeping is to notch. We were very lucky when we discovered this place 15+ years ago. Enjoy our return trips every time.
