Typically we stay here and have NO problems and enjoy ourselves. This time around celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary we were greeted by a ton of DISRESPECTFUL and OUT OF CONTROL kids that were here for a basketball tournament. No supervision, drinking games at the jacuzzi outside our 5th floor room at 2:45 in the morning, cat calling from their balconies.... it’s been a very bad trip when it was something we always look forward to. For $200 a night there should be a policy about unsupervised kids.
This is one of the best hotels on the beach. The pools, service and staff are wonderful. We come a few times a year and they never disappoint.

From the moment we showed up it has been horrible we checked in and got a room the front desk charged three times for one room totaling around 5 thousand and wiped the debit card to a zero balance. Ruined the first few days and have yet to receive any money back. We are on vacation and they took every dime on our card and has offered very little. Very unhappy so far and have yet to see anything happening that is positive. On top of giving us the wrong room.
From the moment me and my in-laws checked in, our stay at this resort has been terrible. When they checked us in they charged my in-laws three times taking nearly 5000$ out of they’re checking account over drawing It. This left us with no money to even use on our trip. On top of that they seemed to not try very hard to rectify the situation telling us It would take 7-10 days to receive the money which is after our stay is over. I love this place. Our family has been coming to Hilton Sandestin for years. We love the beach, the location is awesome. We love the amenities at the hotel. The sushi bar is fantastic. We are here for Christmas and even though the outside areas are closed we are still enjoying ourselves. It would be great in the renovations that they are doing if they included some more fire pit areas for the winter months and it is still so nice to sit outside in the low season. DO NOT VISIT HERE. I was incorrectly charged >$650 (my receipt said $247) and am going to have to get lawyers involved for this to be rectified. Staff is very incompetent and unwilling to fix errors on their part.
We love this hotel! We stayed in a spectacular suite and loved every minute. The beachfront view was gorgeous. Suggestion: Ladies at the checkout desk, please smile and try to be more friendly! Our stay was so pleasant so send us off with a Smile, please.
