always a pleasant time coming here! perfect for families (wouldn’t recommend if wanting adult time and away from kids). such a convenient resort too, really do not have to leave! I will say I wish they wouldn’t allow people with their own beach umbrellas/chairs sit in-front of the chairs you paid for! i feel there should be a section for them! we have stayed at this hotel for 10+ years and never an issue!

Of the hotels we recently visited while in the Destin area this was the kids pick for favorite. The beach has the white sand and clear water that they love and the pools and the beach were all right there in walking distance so they could go back and forth as much as they wanted. They loved how late the pools were open and that they were heated so they could swim early and late and were comfortable— and the indoor pool had color changing lights. I like the resort but I hate them entrance security guy. He is damm racist, don’t know how to treat guests. I pay for my trip it is not free. Teach is him how to behave to with guest.
I have been coming here for 30 years and it never gets old. The staff is amazing, the hotel immaculate and beautiful. The food at Barefoots is absolutely delicious and the long-time bar staff, Jess, Tish, Rev. Steve and Sean people we now call our friends. From Carol in reservations to the housekeeping staff, the employees simply make this place. We will keep coming as long as we are able and this little piece of paradise remains. Good job, sweet friends. See you next trip!

This place is very nice, clean, reasonably priced. Nothing negative here, already planning my next visit Memorial Day!
The hotel is very nice! The front desk help is hit or miss! Kim was not friendly or helpful at all! If you’re a diamond member she could care less! The restaurant is really good! Great location!

I absolutely love this resort! The staff was awesome and the hotel has lots of amenities. Our room was clean and spacious. Check in was at 4 pm and we arrived at 3 and the room was available. The breakfast buffet is great and friendly servers. The Sushi Restaurant in the hotel is great. I would definitely stay here again!
Never get a second chance to make a first impression and our 1st impression was awesome! Kim at the front desk, checked us in and had everything I requested! Housekeeping did a great job and everything was spotless! The grounds were very well maintained and the restaurants in the hotel, were excellent. Only thing that I would like to see happen in the future is for Hilton to update the hotel rooms, get rid of the popcorn ceilings and remodel the outside pools..
