I am a repeat customer. I first stayed at this resort last year for a family wedding & was impressed, so didn’t think twice about booking with them for our family vacation, this year. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like the first. Our vacation was just last week, & with it being a holiday weekend, I booked months in advanced. Was there for a week . Very nice hotel. My only complaint was there were not enough chairs around the pool area. People apparently came down to claim all of the chairs before 7am, although no one was there till after 10 or later. Other than that the water was perfect , beach was amazing and hotel staff was very nice! Would definitely go again!

The room was very clean, so that was good. The bunk beds in our room and pull out mattress was sufficient for our family of five. The beach and pool was relatively great. However, the food at the outdoor restaurant is subpar. The meat tasted reheated and old. The service is strange and they refused to give me another room key. Marriott has much better customer service. Also, they kept bringing used blankets (that had other people’s hair on them.) I had to ask for clean blankets twice.

It's a gated community and very private resort. Extended our stay having a great time with my bride.
