Hotel is nice. A tad crowded at the pool and the beach is way overcrowded. $50 early check in fee for 12 pm is silly. Overall rooms are spacious and well equipped. This is definitely a family hotel and good for conferences. Not great for couples wanting quiet or business travelers. It’s more of a family beach resort for sure.
Firstly I would like to start with saying I planned this vacation for my kids and for us to enjoy and relax. From the first day it was one thing after another . Not usually the one to post a big rant on FB but felt like it needed to be known since we got such a poor response from management ! The beautiful beach is in its backyard. My kids spent hours in the 3 pools, indoor and outdoor. Great location to restaurants, Walmart, Target, and much more. The hotel also has a free shuttle to a shopping center. We will be back!

Absolutely the best resort experience ever. It's worth every penny. It's a wonderful place for families to spend vacations. Very kid friendly. The beach is beautiful and to be able to sit in your room at night and just listen to the waves is pure relaxation. I love love love this place.

First class hotel with a first class staff!!! I’ve been there twice and both times they have given me free upgrades to a nicer room and did so with a smile!! By far the best place in Destin, maybe the best hotel in the state!!
