My family and I had a great experience. The staff was phenomenal. We never had to leave the facility because all of our needs were met. From the concierge to the housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional & they went the extra mile.
The air has been broken since we got here so they gave us 2 box fans😡

Come every year with wife's CPA group. A special thanks to the great housekeeping staff on West tower's 6th floor! Can't remember is name, but the guy from Bulgaria went up and beyond to get our son's iPad charger to us after making room change!
