We went for Christmas dinner which was a buffet. The food was not hot and some things dried out. The carved beef was wonderful. The staff was not quick to replace the food when it got low. The highlight...going out on the deck to see the gorgeous Emerald Coast beaches.
I have stayed there a number of times. Our room was on the 4th floor with a wrap-around balcony which offered incredible views of both sunrises and sunsets. The room was very well designed and extremely comfortable with some thoughtful amenities. All was well organized and very well kept. The beach and pools perfect. This is a concierge hotel and spa and offers all kind of activities; the service was professional, prompt, and friendly. No complaints. We would stay there again.
Went to the spa for facial and manicure. It was so nice! People were super nice. Can't wait to go again.

Still after coming here for over 20 years, it the best hotel on the Gulf Coast. Clean updated rooms and lobby, Great food in the Restaurants, plus an awesome view.

Loved it! Super relaxing. Great accomodations. Amazing made to order breakfast (a little pricey but...). All on the amazing Sandestin waterfront! Resort room was spacious and great view of the pool and water. We did get massages off site, 90 minutes and less expensive. I'd look into making the on site services a little more affordable! But all in all great stay! We will be back!!

This was my second stay. I was on the spa rooms side of the hotel. I was on the opposite side. The ocean front room was huge and beds very comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Only regret, I paid $50.00 more per day than my colleague.
