Awesome hotel, great guest service from everyone we've encountered.

Room and view were nice. No outdoor dining. We were able to check in 2 hrs early. Kids under 10 eat breakfast free. Nice buffet for kids. Overall stayed was good. Never been to Destin before. The pool outside is not heated either. No pool or beach food service. Get up and go get your self. Ok place mostly a lot Georgians come here. Today I got alerts from my CC I used when I checked in there were 500$ in online purchases, including a purchase at a papas johns in Tampa. The Sandestin Beach Hilton is my happy place!!! We have been coming here for more than 20 years, it has everything needed for an amazing vacation or just a quick getaway. It's a great place to enjoy and relax. My husband and I try to come a couple of times each summer. Beautiful hotel (Rm. #448 is really nice), attentive and friendly staff, unbelievable white sandy beach, blue clear water, golf, SHOPPING, and great food all over the island. I have stayed here MANY times. The setup of restaurants, pools and pool bar, and private beach is perfect. Can't be beat. I rarely stay at the same resort more than once, because I am really adventurous, but this place embodies everything I love about the beach. Everything! The staff, food and rooms are also above average, and I am a heavy traveler. Can't find anything bad to say, actually.
