I love this place. We've been coming here for the past 5 years. Hotel is nice. Location is great. Walk out from the hotel lobby right onto the beach, a bar with a deck and 2 swimming pools. Love it!!! Staff is great as well. Everyone is super nice.

We checked in yesterday and the customer service was not good. After coming here for close to 10 years, it's time to move on. The ceiling in our bathroom has been patched and repatched. The sad thing is that I was hoping to make this an annual getaway for a larger family group. This is the second year that our daughter and son-in-law have joined us. Our room was comfy and clean and the balcony was a nice aspect. We love that it's right on the beach!! The outdoor pool area was very spacious and up to date. Also, we had dinner at Blue and breakfast at The Cafe and our food was delicious. Service was great. They did what they could to meet our every need including a late check-out as requested.
Everyone is very nice and helpful... Main problem, the AC went out in the entire building for several hours, then it took several hours to get the place cooled. Room was fine, just a couple of small issues... love the comforter and pillows.
