Beautiful location, but your outdoor drink and food service could be better. By better I mean that when we arrived back after shopping we wanted to have some appetizers and drinks pool side. As it turns out your table and food service stops at 5 and so you can only get drinks at the bar until 7. I observed a lot of people wanting to order food, but none was available. I feel your missing a huge opportunity here, especially during prime vacation season, people eat later and a lot of times are happy with an after dinner snack.... read more
I have been a platinum member with Marriott for several years and overall this stay was not up to par for other Marriott sites I frequent. It started as a quick two night getaway due to other plans falling through. Overall the rooms are dated, but clean and we were on the 10th floor, not knowing the balcony was uncovered. Was looking forward to watching the storm from the balcony but that wasn't possible. Unfortunately the storms caused quite a leak in the ceiling, which had clearly been patched before. Avoid this Marriott property. It's overdue for a renovation and the Omni next door provides a much better experience.
