This is our 2nd year staying here for our company banquet and love it! The rooms are great as well as the service and staff! We actually were able to check in 3hours early this year and enjoy an extra day since it was still morning! The only negative thing I have to say is the water pressure is very low. For my hair, I have to turn off the shower head and rinse thru the tub faucet. Your water pressure drops more if the person in the room next to you turns their shower on! Overall, great stay!!
As a gold member is we were disapointed with the miscommunication between my reservation information and the staff. We were told our room was ready but we found the non-feather bedding we requested piled outside our door on arrival. We had requested a late checkout and the time was confirmed on my app. However we recieved a call asking why we had not checked out. Simply beautiful view of ocean and beach. Nice, clean, spacious room. People working there are wonderful to guests. Lovely public rooms. Good parking facility. .
