The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will stay here again
We stay here every winter for the past several years. Rays a Platinum for life with Marriott so we generally get upgraded to a great suite! The rooms in “the tower” were under renovation last year. It’s terrific to have the updatesd suite to stay in agin this year! Our accommodations are top notch! There’s been a few wrinkles but all were taken care of quickly and efficiently. What a wonderful experience it was to stay at this branch of Marriott. The people were kind and the service was impeccable. We are booking to celebrate our 25th Anniversary this summer at this gorgeous resort.
Excellent hotel with great meeting resources, fabulous food and superior service.
Toilet was running when we walked into room. It was almost an hour before it was fixed .... in the meantime our daughter turned off most of the lights and went to bed. I crawled Into bed shortly after. Woke up and realized there was a stain on the sheet! The counter under the tv was filthy and there was hair in the shower from previous guests. Disgusted big time. From the other reviews, it looks like other folks have had issues, too.
We booked double queen bed room and we were given single queen bed room. We were not notified when we checked it and when we mentioned to front desk they had no courtesy to say sorry .
