I have had a similar experience with food and beverage staff . They were dismissive to my issues and did not believe the veracity of my concern. even though I made an initial contact on April 5 then the 12th no one responded until I wrote to corporate ... Hotel staff contacted me on April 26....not happy with lack of concern.
I’ve had a great stay. Had a small maintenance issue and Anthony fixed it right away with great customer service. The spa employees where extremely friendly as well! Definitely would stay here again!
Wish I didn't have to leave! Everything was great...food amazing! If anyone leaves the property to eat tgey are nuts! I do question that one of the amenities was paid parking. Shouldn't it have been free?
I'm getting a little worried about Marriott. This is my second questionable experience this year. The resort is older but upon arrival looks promising. The front desk staff was friendly and the lobby area is modern and furnished nicely. The rooms while they appear clean are a bit dated and not very well maintained. Splotches and stains on the wallpaper and ceiling. We spotted multiple bugs and I tried to give grace because with balconies open maybe bugs have better access. But I will never excuse roaches. Love the oceanfront balcony!!!! Amazing views! Property is very nice, restaurants a little pricey but delicious. Valet staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool but the bar service was so slow.
This is an older hotel however the room is very nice it does have a refrigerator. A microwave would be nice but is not essential to me enjoying my beautiful ocean. In the interim the hotel could consider placing one or two microwaves in the room where you get your ice. The hotel housekeeping staff should clean it daily.
