I checked in on Thursday November 9, 2017 for a conference...staff was very nice and friendly...grounds from what I could see was beautiful...BUT, there was no hot water and very low pressure when I woke up the next morning...I contacted the front desk, they said they were sending someone up, but no one ever came... several people that attended the conference had the same experience...the problem was from the 9th to the 6th floor...when I woke up on November 11, 2017...the water pressure had not changed and there was what ap... read more
My wife and I stayed October 28th thru 31st. From the minute we were on property, we were greeted very warmly from EVERYBODY! Our room was upgraded to the most beautiful view, the beach! Every staff member reached out to us at every encounter. I would like to recognize one young lady especially. Julia was very very courtesy always reaching out to us whenever she saw us, asking how is our day, is there anything she could do to improve our stay and thanking us for staying with them. The staff was excellent and very professional; always courteous and friendly from the front desk to concierge to valet. Would definitely return again!!!
Excellent hotel. Very polite staff, the parking situation is easy, multiple swimming pools, and of course love the view of the ocean. I just hate that there is no microwave anywhere on the property. �
My husband and I where impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone. Brian the director was very helpful! We will tell everyone to visit this beautiful place! Curb appeal was awesome....
