Beautiful.Want to go back in summer.Everything so clean,and everyone so friendly.
The Resturant inside the hotel had horrible service. The manager overcharged my credit card. When I brought this to her attention she told me there was nothing she could about it. She was only supposed to charge me $40. She ended up charging more than the 20% gratuity. She charged my card $89.40. She was rude. Mind you we've come to this place every year for the last 10+ years. The hotel itself had very little hot water. One night we had no hot water. We have a lovely time here we're about to leave in the morning and can't wait to comeback. I need to mentioned 2 people in this hotel in ocean blue restaurant Andrew (waiter) and Rachelle (lounge hostess) are excellent. Good job guys
We had a wonderful stay. Our ocean view room was clean and spacious. Loved the covered balcony. Wonderful staff and fantastic valet.
Beautiful hotel but today 25 extra to park your car in the lot on the resort property and then there was no parking spots, had to make your own. I would have paid 25 to have valet but not to park my own and walk up a hill in a formal dress and heels carrying my luggage. Room was clean and staff helpful. Just a lot of unnescessary charges.
Customer service was good, but unfortunately that was it. We were moved to 4 different rooms, not only did they not initially provide us with the ocean front room we reserved, we had to deal with roaches and rooms that needed repair. Front door to room would not close without using bodily force, toilet in bathroom constantly made gurgling noises and after the maintenance man came to spray for the roaches the problem got worse, there were roaches crawling all over the wall. The view was spectacular...the hot water was not working properly (none)...showers were awful and it was the reason for my score. I recommend they repair this problem, its an inconvenience for the cost of the rooms!!!
