This is our second Valentine's here and was able to get the same room. VERY CLEAN... parking suck but it was a great experience and the complimentary complimentary breakfast was okay we had a blast and the view even on the third floor was great will be here again on our next event
My sister and I had to come to Jacksonville to help our father who just had heart surgery..we are from Virginia Beach, VA and had our dogs with us so we stayed at the Homewood suites next to the Garden Inn. Not bad just got back from staying their nice rooms good food in restaurant. Lady at front desk checked me in early when I was supposed to check in at 3. She went out of her way and had a room cleaned for me. I will stay their again in the future.
Hot tub= not hot, staff had been informed (at least) as of yesterday. Still not fixed. BAR RAN OUT OF BUD LIGHT!! Green Bay Packers in town tomorrow--bar runs out of beer,managers excuse was to "deal with it??!!" Refrigerator in room does not work-nothing cold. Room service out of food as well?! Who is running this place?
