The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival; hair was under the sink as was tissue paper, the cold water faucet for the bathroom sink is hard to turn on and off, the toilet doesn't flush properly and, although it was fixed once I reported it, the television did not work when we arrived in our room. In addition, everything costs additional money except coffee during breakfast.

Excellent customer service, the room is quiet & comfortable but seemingly filled with furniture yet there is only 1 chair. The elevators are fast, smooth, and silent. The included breakfast looks promising. The pool is in the courtyard area with not a lot of sunlight, but it looks inviting enough.
