Greatest �, they really showed southern hospitality.
Staff is amazing, the ladies in laundry were nice and kind when I asked for pool towels. Front desk and reception were great too. However, the hot tub was broken / it was luke warm and jets didn't work. And forget about getting any sun.. it's as if the pool was an after thought ..
My stay there this weekend was outstanding. The staff there was very pleasant and friendly. I do plan on coming back when I'm in town again, which will be in August. I found my hotel that I will be loyal to in Jacksonville, now that my daughter is going to school there.
The service was so good and the breakfast was so good the room was so nice and big. Love for me and mt grandkids on the 4th.
VERY VERY NICE HOTEL!! Stayed there for a night on our way back from Miami. Don't think I'll stay anywhere else when I come back.
The hotel is nice itself. My issue is the train that goes right by it blowing its horn all the time, kept waking me up. Also the beds are not as comfortable as most of the Hiltons I stay in.
