Just got back from our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jacksonville Southbank. This hotel is awesome. The facilities are very clean and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. Ms . Rose at the front desk was super sweet. My daughter was celebrating her fourth birthday and Ms. Rose went out of her way to make her feel special. We will most definitely be back.
Staff is great, I slept last night as though I brought a new born baby home the first night. There is a bar in the middle of the bed, mattress worn out, the air conditioning is loud, and the train drove by and blew the horn EVERY HOUR for a solid 2 minutes straight from 9-5 when I finally gave up! When I told the front desk, they offered to comp my breakfast. I asked for ear plugs if that doesn't work I will be requesting to change rooms which should have been the first resolution.
Thank you for a great stay. Your customer service from the entire staff was phenomenal. Special shout out to Jeff, Rose, and Duval for going that extra, extra mile. You guys made our stay wonderful!!!!

We were in Jacksonville,Florida for a performance of the Messiah. The hotel is very convenient to the Performing Arts Center,although we went by taxi,so we didn't have to worry with traffic!
Great property with a Homewood Suites connected. Dinner service was HORRIBLE! Standard HGI food. Service was slow. I asked for my food and the waitress yelled DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER? Find someplace else for dinner. There is decent stuff around. Breakfast service was fine.
