Dirty microwave and unplugged smelly refrigerator. The guy who plugged it back in said he'd send someone in to clean it. Never happened. Was afraid the glass shower door was going to shatter in a million pieces every time I opened it because it was so tightly closed. All this for $248 a night!
I have stayed twice in the past week due to a medical emergency in our family. Every staff member that I interacted with went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. My family member is still in the hospital, so I will be back for at least a couple of more nights this week. It feels like my home away from home.
Nice clean rooms great food and bar. Excellent service all around will be visiting again
It had a horrible smell by the elevators. Not sure if it was related to the construction outside. Was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The front desk lady assured me they are upgrading so maybe worth checking out in a year or two. The staff were very friendly so that's a huge plus!
We stayed at the home wood suite by Hilton right next to the HG same company and we have stayed at other HWS my husband paid close to $400 for one night because we had a black tie event 1 mile away our hotel/room was not worth $50 bucks it was nasty carpet stained smell like smoke glasses were cracked the foot stool leather was so distroyed it would cut your foot not a pleasant experience for the price
It is very nice hotel although they charge you for everything from parking two breakfast snacks and anything else but it's a great location
