Very clean and nice breakfast too
‼️When we travel we often stay at a Hilton hotel however, after house keeping came into our room while we were away, removed our belongs & discarded my breast milk 🍼 this may be the last time! 😡
Great except when fire alarm went off and we had to wait outside getting eaten by Mosquitoes
but the pool was closed the whole week I was there. but the rest was great. just disappointed about the pool.

Unable to use pool and hot tub was broken AND it closed early even though there was no life guard on duty. After a 13 hour drive with health conditions, I was so looking forward to relaxing here. Had requested a roll away bed when I made reservations & when we checked in, was told they were all given away. I understand now that it’s first come, first serve :( again, 13 hour drive to get here... 15$ to park was charged in addition to the room cost and as with other Hilton Garden Inn’s we have stayed at in the past they do off... read more
We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was a lot of fun, and our room was spacious and clean. We recommend staying here when in Jacksonville!
