I don't recommend this place to anyone. They are trying to say that we have to pay $250 for someone to take over a lease that clearly states "lease starts Noon on the starting date" which is August 15, 2016. This means even though signed in February we are not technically under agreement/lease until Noon August 15th. Written conformation was faxed to them and I confirmed they received on May 4th which is more than three months prior to the lease start date per their terms. I tried to get in contact with management for months... After calling, coming into the office, giving my contact information, nobody ever bothered to get in touch with me. Also, the Internet never works. When it DOES actually connect, it kicks you off about every 10 minutes. This is an issue that has been brought to the attention of the office staff, yet I've been here since August and nothing has been done. Awful place to live. The staff is not helpful and their answer is always "there is not much we can do." Also The furnishings are outdated, the carpets are dirty, the walls are paper thin, I hear stomping all night long from the upstairs apartments and to top it all off they find any and everything to charge you extra for. Looking for a someone to take over my lease because I do not want to be here until July. If you can stay away from college suites and try campus point or ANYWHERE else.
It's a clean and open environment. Though you can be charged for almost anything the staff are friendly and welcoming. Just be VERY CAREFUL when reading the rules and guidelines, otherwise you can be slapped with a fine for some small thing. Other than that I am glad I moved here and I love the roommates I was placed with.
