DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Also got charged for carpet that was already ruined in my apartment from the previous owners, and found out they were going to replace that buildings carpet anyway! Save yourself and lease some place that won't screw you out of money.
I have been here since August 2013 and was promised hardwood floors and a flat screen TV by December 2013. I have yet to see either. Rent went up $1 and I mailed the check for the $1 amount less and they called me and asked if I could mail a $1 check ASAP or I would be charged a late fee. They also promised my roommate a Visa gift card for signing his lease and denied him one when the gift cards arrived. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As a parent I would not let my student live here. My daughter turn her key in 3 week early and is paying the rent for the month and now they are charging her for breaking the least. How is she breaking the least when she is still paying the rent?
