It wasn't bad but I'm not signing another lease until the renovations.
I have no complaints about my quarters and everything has been spot on as for the maintenance for my building and apartment and the facilities and staff are great as well

The Staff is next to none and without a doubt trying to better these apartments for tenants. The apartments are move in ready without a need to really fix any broken fixtures or amenities, besides needing to clean just a bit. I would definitely recommend the Hilltop Club to friends and family.
I've been living at Hilltop Club for almost a year now, and although I can't say the place is perfect, it's been a good experience! The staff and management are really friendly and welcoming, and you can tell that they work really hard to make the residents feel appreciated and keep us in the know. I would highly recommend avoiding this apartment complex if you are interested in living somewhere that is organized and effective in managing their property. The staff is friendly but ineffective at managing the property. My experience living there was filled with confusion and extra charges, some of which were not necessary in which they had to refund my money.
