If you have any other options, take those! Awful experience. Gates never working and always open! So truly no point of a gated community, because the “safe and secure” feeling you should have with being in a gated community does not exist! This place is awful. Multiple shootings during my time there. Gates stay open CONSTANTLY. Then when you move out, they try to make you pay for things that don’t need to be replaced. Like paint for the walls and normal wear and tear. The staff is awful and very unprofessional. Please, if you value your safety and sanity, DO NOT MOVE HERE. RecommendedGreat staff, wonderful apartments - Only complaint I have at this time is that the only trash dumpster is all the way in the front past the gate. Another in the back would make it easier for the further buildings.
Unsafe, poorly managed, property not maintained, hundreds of police calls, two shootings since my son has lived there. Parents-DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN LIVE HERE!!!!
RecommendedHilltop Club Apartments have not been as bad as everyone says. The staff is helpful, everything is reasonable, and I generally feel safe. I appreciate all of the hard work that comes from this property.
Dealing with management here at Hilltop Club is nearly impossible. Staff here does NOT care about current residents and the agreement Hilltop makes in their part of the lease. Do not live here.
