Living at Hilltop Club honestly is not as bad as people make it sound with their reviews. I have not had any problems with the front office is really polite and if you have any concerns they are friendly and help as much as possible. the maintenance is pretty quick. depending on the severity of the issue somethings will take longer to fix. if you're easy to work with they will be also. some of the people in the parking lot can be annoying but over all a really good experience!
They fixed and took time for my concerns that I was having.

Moved in 4 days ago and have submitted 3 service requests in which all 3 were taken care of professionally the very next day! Quick maintenance team and caring staff! Love this place.
Final straw was when they literally charged me $250 because I was 20 minutes late moving out. Kaleb in the office is actually a good guy, but the company out of California who owns the property are the worst. It's sad when a place like this rebrands to shake off the bad reputation they ended up with under the old management only to make the same mistakes all over again. New name, same old horror stories.
If I could give a negitive i would. Pros: has free cable, wifi, a pool, amd occasionally they have free food. Cons: They can't do anything. Money hungry company. [Ex: every month for a year i had overcharges ranging 8-30, and 80% of the time it was electric, and of that 80%; 50% of the tike we didn't have air yet still charged for it plus some.] Thier maintenance don't seam they know what thier doing. Not the safest, subpar maintenance, and thin walls/floors. We were also promised all these new upgrades (including new sofas that didn't have holes and stains all over them), but didn't receive those until it was time to move out. Would not recommend to a friend.
