Quality houses (which you pay a premium for). But a fair amount of skimping and lack of attention to detail on the finishing touches, such as the garden. Great staff on site. Really very helpful and cannot do enough when needed. Sadly the quality of rear garden you get on a £680k house is VERY POOR You can still see the tractor tracks in the lawn when they came back to "level" it last October! It's still HEAVILY COMPACTED because it has nowhere near enough quality topsoil It's like walking on a bed of concrete!!
Hills were great with the whole process of showing me round, details of the house and the process of buying. Made the whole thing easy and seamless. Big thanks to Anne-Marie for taking care of me :)
If, like me, you believe a new-build home is not for you - think again! At St James Place, Hills have given me all I could wish for in a home...... and so much more. The design of the houses and the layout of the site are both exceptional. The build quality is superb, the handover exemplary and, since moving in, the after-sales service has been of the very highest standard. I feel so fortunate! In fact, I feel some unseen guardian angel led me here and opened my eyes as to what is possible!
I have moved into a Hills house at Admirals Green. The house is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. A few minor snags were sorted quickly. Everyone from Hills has been very friendly and professional. Special shout outs to Jason the Site Manager and Elaine in the Marketing Suite. They have both been awesome!
We moved into our new home at the Admirals Green Hills development in Great Bentley in April 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. Great Bentley itself is a lovely village with the added bonus of a train station that goes in to London, a welcoming community spirit and friendly neighbours.
