We are so pleased with the house at St James Place at East Bergholt. It is finished to such a high standard. The area is lovely and so quiet. The aftercare from the team at Hills has been excellent.

A great experience from the day we moved in. Hills representatives were on hand as we arrived and welcomed us to our new home. Inevitably there were a few snagging issues. These were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. The ongoing support has been fantastic. Everyone on site is helpful and considerate. A special thank you to Teresa, Sonya, Richard and Shane for all their help.

Quality house, lovely area to live and friendly people. Anne-Marie was always very welcoming and helpful. Natalie was great when it came to the last minute chasing issues. Since we’ve moved in Lee has helped us with any little niggles we’ve had. Looking forward to making the house a home.

Quality houses (which you pay a premium for). But a fair amount of skimping and lack of attention to detail on the finishing touches, such as the garden. Great staff on site. Really very helpful and cannot do enough when needed. Sadly the quality of rear garden you get on a £680k house is VERY POOR You can still see the tractor tracks in the lawn when they came back to "level" it last October! It's still HEAVILY COMPACTED because it has nowhere near enough quality topsoil It's like walking on a bed of concrete!!
