I want to thank Mr. Jeffery Kirby for being so nice today from Hiller Plumbing Heating cooling Electrical in BG . I have had back surgery and my funds were low and he wavered his house call for me. He doesent know how much I apperciate that.. Thank u so much Mr. Jeffery Kirby from Hiller.. 5 Star
Called this a.m. because of a power outage in one room. Jeffrey was here within the hour and figured out the problem. We have used Hiller for eight years and the technicians have, without exception, been courteous, competent and prompt. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Previously I had left a negative due to the exorbitant price of the their service call last weekend, but I received a call from Paula at Hiller's who offered to adjust the bill based on what a local plumber would have charged and they amended the bill. This is some of the most courteous customer service we have encountered. If you pay a bit more for their services, you can be assured their customer service will ensure everything is as it should be and they will treat you well!!
