Plumbing issue last night was not an emergency. Call answered promptly 9:00pm. Technician came to the house 7:40am on Sunday 24 degrees outside! Found problem quickly, called in other staff, dug out backyard to reach clogged pipe and fixed the problem!! David and Jason were awesome!! If you have a problem let these guys fix it :)

In December paid them $962 to run some gas lines for our house for heat I Called them today to fix a elbow that frozen and they quoted me $318 that is taking advantage of someone then just for them coming out for the quote charged me $60, I will never call these people again �

When we first came to Tennessee and began a relationship with Hiller a Tech named Anthony worked on our heating unit. He was exceptional and thus gave us the confidence in Hiller to accept several improvement suggestions from new unit to whole house dehumidifier plus others. We did have a brief single instance of disappointment with another tech, but today another Tech also named Anthony came and his customer service and professionalism skills were far and above anything that anyone would expect. My technician, Darrell Smith, is always very professional, prompt, and honest. He is extremely knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He provides the highest level of customer service and makes Hiller look good!
