I really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism I experienced recently with Darrell Smith. As it turned out he was actually the person who installed our system 14 years ago. He had good suggestions for improving our air quality.
I get the yearly $99 coverage. I’ve had a whole new install on my house from unit to ductwork that Hiller did. Everything we have ever bought from them comes with a lifetime warranty. So far what has needed any repair has been fully covered, cleanly installed and done with professional courtesy. These people have gone out of their way to make sure things are complete. I was very skeptical using a larger type chain business, but decided to have them at least come and give me a quote due to their 5 star customer service reviews. The technician that arrived was very professional and gave me a fixed price for the repair. Very reasonable.. I appreciated that over the more popular $$$ per hour and we can’t tell you how long it will take. My technicians name was Bjord Haaland and if I ever need work done again I will request him even if I have to wait. -Joe

they did everything they said they would do. They were quick, clean, and my dog approved of them. They followed up and checked all the work they did.
Jeffery Kirby installed an electrical outlet over my mantle. He did a great job. He had to go under the house as well as into the attic. Gave me the price, and got to work. Very efficient and friendly. Did a great job cleaning up after himself. Will definitely be using Hiller again in the future, and if it’s electrical, I will request Jeffery.
they were quick to get here and found the problem in record time. zack was very patient fixing our blower motor on the old unit we have. after he left he had to return due to some electrical issues that the new parts caused. poor guy was here for around 6 hours dealing with our old unit. but now it works like new. would recommend their service to anyone. thanks zack!
