Had a service contract with someone else. They made all kinds of excuses on why they didn’t make there very first appointment and also why they couldn’t come out for a repair after I already waited 10 days for the first appointment. One call to Hilliard Friday very late in day and they were here first thing Monday morning without charging for emergency visit. Dropped my other contract and signed up with Hiller. Extremely please with fast service and reasonable rates.
