Worst dealership service ever. My car has been there more time this month than it has been home and it still hasn't been fixed even though we dropped it off for an entire week while we went on vacation. The woman who works the customer service desk is the rudest woman to ever grace customer service. She acts like it is a huge inconvenience for her everytime we come into the dealership and states that they are very busy and she isn't sure they will get to our car today even though we always have a scheduled appointment. I had a great experience buying my new/used car from all the guys at Mazda. There was some chips on the front and they took care of it the best they could. All of the salesman were helpful and made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks Hiley Mazda and my salesman Keith and Earl
Love Tairon. Great saleman. The service department however is the absolute worst. Just because women ask about their card status doesn't make us stupid. Lots of women know cars and how they operate on all aspects. So please don't laugh when we ask or cut us short and above all don't talk down or condescending towards us

I hate going to deal with car dealerships in fear of being hassled or pushed. That is not the case with Hiley. I went in to the Mazda dealership and worked with Cedric. He was helpful, understanding, and courteous didn't try to push me into a payment I can't afford. Although I wasn't able to fulfill a purchase today, I strongly recommend Hiley and Cedric for your next car purchase. They also offered me a good book amount for my trade-in compared to the other dealerships I've encountered.

My newer one, brilliant red verses classic red. Thanks to Hiley Mazda, especially Ernie Wright and Melvin Smith who located this beautiful car, and brought it in. It is a spectacular service they offer which many do not take advantage of. The car is absolutely amazing especially in light that it is a used (more experienced) car. They put new tires and cleaned it up so anyone looking at it would never guess it is a 2012. Kudos to these fine people. This car will take me into the big 60.
