We wanted to trade in our 2009 Mazda 5 minivan and purchase our 3rd mazda at Hiley Mazda in Huntsville in May of this year, we were there over an hour and not the first salesman came over to help us. - So disappointed....we went to the Nissan place because we thought we might get better customer service. When I contacted the dealership..the answer we received was -- "that usually doesn't happen"...
