Absolutely love the service dept!!! I originally had my SUV serviced at Med Center Mazda in Birmingham and the service was OK. Once I moved to Huntsville I continued to get my SUV serviced at Hiley Mazda and the service has been nothing but awesome!! Each time I have more than a wonderful experience. They provide a complimentary shuttle while you wait on your vehicle. I had a great experience at Hiley Mazda yesterday, they got my tune up and inspection done in less then 2 hours without an appointment and the young lady that helped us was fantastic!! And they gave my car a bath.
I had a wonderful experience with Holly at Hiley. I told her what I was looking for in a car but none of the new Mazdas or VWs fit my needs. She suggested a used car that would work, answered a million questions, and was very helpful.
