I want to share a few compliments about Hiley VW. They have great customer service. They went above and beyond in accommodating us while we waited. I was as comfortable in their waiting room as I am in my own living room, super clean bathrooms, complimentary refreshments, and a large kid-friendly section of the waiting room. We had a great experience with Holly this past weekend. My husband and I were trying to decide what kind of car to purchase and holly was so knowledgeable. we did not feel pressured by holly like we were by some of the other dealerships. We really felt she had our best interest at heart, and because of that and her detailed understanding of cars we will always go to holly first for our car purchases.
