Having made a booking and paid a deposit I did not receive an invoice. I queried this, but was told if I paid more money I would then receive an invoice. In light of the Covid shut down, I asked to postpone. I was ignored. I asked again and was ignored. I have never been able to get hold of them to discuss and never got my hire, nor my money back. Very upsetting experience.

Would not give deposit back offered voucher because of covid 8 weeks to get hold off DO NOT BOOK HERE so ♤♡♧◇ing annoyed

I recently won a money small claims case against this trader after + 12 months. It was a dreadful experience. Previously, I had had great experiences renting a motorhome with 2 other companies. I chose to rent from Ingrid and her husband due to a lack of availability in the other 2 companies that had provided me an excellent service.
