The hotel is in very nice location about 5 mins walk to the shops and local pubs , the hotel needs an update and the menu needs an update.
If you have allergies DO NOT go on a Lochs and Glens holiday. I have severe allergies which were communicated to both the company and the hotel months in advance and was reiterated on arrival and every single meal time. I asked to see an allergen book and was told they didn’t have one, since complaining after the holiday, Lochs and Glens said I should have asked management for the allergen book, I asked repeatedly and was told that there wasn’t one. Old building stood the test of time and weather.great food and staff. Good hotel even with limited mobility.
