Loch and Glens from Norwich is a long 13 hours plus Drivers brilliant and comfort breaks … Highland Hotel room was clean and breakfast brilliant …main dinner obviously on a budget but good value. Entertainment good … trips really loved Loch Ness centre Eilean Donan Castle and Jacobite train trip …all in package well worth the money

El peor hotel de mi vida,parece que se rodó la película el Resplandor.Muy sucio,muy deteriorado,la mampara arreglada con celofán,las ventanas rotas, nada de limpieza ni mantenimiento. Las fotos que ponen no se ajusta a la realidad en mi caso. Pienso que por los coches de alta gama estacionados, sí que hay en otra planta mejores habitaciones. Nos quedamos sin cenar lo que habíamos pedido, dijeron que se les había acabado,no tenían pan porque el camarero dijo que estaba congelado. No se lo recomiendo a nadie,un horror.
Jemma was lovely and very helpful. Beautiful old building. Full of coach tours. Breakfast whilst it offered everything it was like school canteen food. Scrambled eggs watery and inedible. Burnt toast. Cheep canned baked beans. Hideously expensive hotel. Room very tired and needed updating.
It was my first ever time staying here with lochs and Glen's. It's been an absolute amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and kind. The food was absolutely amazing to. I hope to come back again one day. Thank you. Craig Spencer
