Good hospital, Good service we are fully satisfied
The doctors and treatment here are truly excellent, no doubt about that. But the experience is completely spoiled by the person handling appointment calls. The way she speaks is unacceptable—shouting, yelling, and showing zero basic courtesy. It’s honestly frustrating and disappointing. A hospital can lose so many patients just because of one person’s attitude. If you’re being paid to handle calls, at least show some sincerity and basic respect. This kind of behaviour is simply not tolerable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Indiana Hospital for the excellent care provided to my father during his angioplasty.
