The times on here are wrong as ive got an appointment at 4:20pm so obviously it does not close at 4pm
Secretaries are very rude it's impossible to get through on the phone just as you think your call has been answered they hang up the phone
I have recently moved to the area and signed up to this practice. I had a telephone appointment with a GP today and I've never felt more unheard. The call was 6 minutes long and the disinterest of the doctor was very clear, I feel like at this point I'm begging for help. GP couldn't wait to get off the phone and wasn't interested in having any sort of conversation.
