Nice location with walking distance to local shops and buses to city centre.
Really dissapointing experience. For £50 you don't expect luxury but you do expect basic needs to be met. Upon entry, the room smelt of smoke. The bathroom smelt of soggy clothes. The WiFi doesn't work as the network they suggest to connect to, doesn't exist, so i had to use my data all evening. There was no plug near my bed. The view from my room was of an overflowing skip and some broken chairs. The hotel is far from the city centre and at least a 10 minute walk from any bus stop. Extremely disappointed by this 'hotel'. The receptionist refused to check me in for no reason without the matter I had a booking for 3 nights. He was also refused to advise with the complaints procedure and with the email / phone of the manager. I will never go back to this 'hotel'!
