Excellent. ****** and his partner were prompt, courteous, and provided thorough explanations. The admin team kept us apprised of their progress here and they were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Pricing was fair and several pricing options were presented in a pressure-free manner. We appreciated the prompt and professional service (for fixing a tub spout) and will utilize High 5 again should the need present itself. Thank you!
This company is stellar in all areas. They never fail to to repair or replace with speed, efficiency and leave the area cleaner than when they came. Highly recommend. Pricing is very competitive.

The technicians showed up in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was clean and effective. My only issue was that the original estimate doubled after doing the full search for the leak, although the work involved did not appear to be significantly more than the original estimate. Based on the work, I'd use High 5 again in a second. Based on the price, I'd make sure to have a second estimate before going forward with the work.
I was very satisfied with the fast and efficient service of High 5. Daniel and Jose arrived the same day that I called. They were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours and also cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very courteous and friendly. I would recommend High 5.

Two installers arrived to look at my water heater. Gave me 4 quotes ranging from $3200 to $5000. This is a complete rip off and taking advantage of people!! I will ensure all of my friends and family hear this! Never use this company. I bought a water heater with a 9 year warranty for $600 and found a certified plumber to install for $300! Don’t get ripped off!!
High Five!? Pffffft! More like a gut punch. Look, I'm not some keyboard commando out here fishing for discounts or anything. I actually had a good experience with these guys initially. Granted, they had to come back and fix errors in both of the jobs I hired them for in my basement remodel, and their pricing is astronomically higher than any average competitor, but I liked the cut of their jib, so I dealt with it. Awful experience!! They came out to our house on 5/14/21 to fix a toilet that wouldn't flush. They said they would make an adjustment to the toilet to ensure proper flushing. But, before they told me it was an adjustment problem, they "offered" me many different estimates to choose from. One being a new toilet, or to rebuild my current toilet bowl. ($900.)
