I hired High 5 Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling to troubleshoot and replace a light fixture on the front of my barn. I was quoted $700 for the work, which I agreed to. After the work was completed, the light still did not function. The electrician then quoted me an additional $2,000 to order a new light and return to complete the job.The result was that I paid $700 for no resolution. When a person at a company makes a mistake, the company typically tries to remedy the issue. Instead, High 5 Plumbing nickle-and-dimed me the whole way while making SEVERAL huge errors. They offered to install a brand they promoted or a new unit that I could purchase. The plumber failed to recognize that my old unit was non-condensing" and the new unit was a "condensing" unit (which requires entirely new venting). A negative star rating would be more appropriate. Going by all the positive reviews, I unfortunately suspect that most of the other reviews are from people who got really ripped off and overpaid big time without knowing. Where do I start.First of all, their communication has been very unorganized and harassing. I've had multiple different people reach out. ***** did a great job! He tested and explained water pressure before starting repairs. Work was done quickly at reasonable price. Great job and will definitely use High 5 again

Absolutely top notch! From initial call to communication and THE proper identification of the issue saved me hundreds of dollars over Roto Rooter, who could not even figure out what rhe problem was with TWO men sent in two trucks.*** was on time, friendly and let me know the progress at each step.I cannot say enough how pleased with *** and High 5!!! Keep up the great work, folks I will recommend you should anyone ask; and ****, thank you for quick replies and communication from start to finish.

I am surprised that High 5 received a BBB award for ethics. That was not my experience. Rather, I found High 5 to be unethical, unprofessional, and sloppy. I contracted with High 5 to replace a broken sewer line, for almost $17,000. I think the job itself was well done. However, the scope of work included inspecting the entire line to the city tap, but they scoped only 65 feet of a 100 foot line.
