Just had a great experience getting the inside of our toilet repaired. They were prompt, professional, and got it all done!
This last week I had a clog in my kitchen sink line, so called High 5 Plumbing to come take a look. Their plumber ***** recommended a few options to unclog it (one option was $1,300+ for a bunch of unnecessary work), and I went with the cheapest option of a drain snake and some chemicals for $450. When I got home from work that day, there was flooding under my kitchen sink and floor. This business is basically a scam. They charge a fee to give the customer an estimate and the estimate is easily 3-4 times the going rate for the service if not more. We were quoted $2,400 for labor to install a dishwasher and then asked to pay $150 if we didnt accept the rip-off of a quote
I had High Five Plumbing install a new water heater, replace faucets, install a new part in my shower fixture and remove a water softener. They did a fantastic job. The shower was very difficult but they stuck with it and got it done.They were very nice and answered all of my questions and did a professional job.I would not hesitate to recommend High Five to anyone. I previously used another company for all my plumbing needs, but after this I'm switching to High 5.The sump pump in my crawl space stopped working, and I had another company replace that. Then they discovered the exterior plumbing for the sump pump was having issues. This was my first time to use High 5 Plumbing. They were professional, courteous and experienced in replacing my garbage disposal. I called on Friday, Sept. 30 and they made an appointment and completed the service on Sat. morning, Oct. 1. I definitely recommend them. ************
