High five was able to come the very next day. Zach was efficient and personable. He fixed and updated my plumbing and answered my myriad questions.

The technicians showed up in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was clean and effective. Although I am a "club member" with High 5 Plumbing and am not charged a service fee for the year I am a member, my only issue is that their charges seems high for the work. Based on the work, which is always professional, I'd use High 5 again in a second. Based on the price, I'd make sure to have a second estimate from a different company (if at all possible) to decide if you want to go forward with their work.

***** did an excellent job today. Not only did he fix a leaky kitchen faucet and a broken valve on the tankless hot water heater, he found a problem with a failed pressure tank that was incorrectly installed by the builder. He was fast, concise, confident, polite, competent. Great job. **** was observing/ co- working with *****. He was excellent as wellpolite, competent, engendered confidence for the High 5 company. I scheduled High 5 online yesterday for a next day appointment. Very convenient and efficient.
