Punctual and professional. Replaced old galvanized drain pipe connected to cast iron.Price was a little high but work was excellent.
****** from High Five was prompt, polite and efficient. He explained all my plumbing situations and replaced my old and failing toilet quickly and throughly. Their delivery truck brought out supplies immediately. High prices but high service.

High five was able to come the very next day. Zach was efficient and personable. He fixed and updated my plumbing and answered my myriad questions.

The technicians showed up in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was clean and effective. Although I am a "club member" with High 5 Plumbing and am not charged a service fee for the year I am a member, my only issue is that their charges seems high for the work. Based on the work, which is always professional, I'd use High 5 again in a second. Based on the price, I'd make sure to have a second estimate from a different company (if at all possible) to decide if you want to go forward with their work.
