A good friend of mine asked if $475.00 was a good price to pay to have a flush valve replaced in her toilet. I will add it also included a new handle and rubber seal for the tank to toilet connection. What a great example of price gouging and taking advantage of a single working woman. I called to make sure of the quote and was told that was correct. This is a $20 part at any hardware store, probably cheaper to a licensed plumber, that takes maybe a half hour to install. High 5 Plumbing was very responsive and did a quality job fixing my outside faucet that broke because I left my hose attached during a recent cold spell. As others mentioned, they are a bit pricey but they do a quality job.

Excellent. Four-plex was built in 1950’s and has recently had many issues with pipes finally failing. My go-to plumbing company is High 5 Plumbing. I’ve used them for several properties, including my home, for many years. Professional, they access the situation for a quote, back their service. I had an emergency situation around my water heater. They were very responsive and helpful in getting things resolved the same night. Andrew was my tech. He was very pleasant, friendly, accommodating and knew what needed to be done. He stayed till the wee hours to get all the work done. I would recommend them to anyone.
