Terrible experience all around. Scheduled appointment which they rescheduled several times then showed up and gave me an outrageous estimate to add appliance shutoff valve to existing line. Had to pay $50 to decline the service. Will never consider using again and will make every effort to share this experience everywhere possible and with everyone I know.
Work was done well and very efficiently. Punctual and professional.

Felt very deceived by this company. Hired them to do a pipe repair in the basement. On NONE of the estimates we received from them (got 4) did they mentioned how terrible the cement finish would come out. The work involved repairing the pipe, and filling it back with cement. Within a couple of days, the cement was splitting and separating from the foundation and was left looking TERRIBLE. Ryan, with High 5 Plumbing, was efficient and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his positive attitude, even when installing our new water heater got tough. I highly recommend Ryan and High 5 Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I made a few calls to other companies, the High 5 team gave us the best price! 5 stars for High 5!!

Stephen was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a couple options to fix my problem. Him and his helper made sure to wear their masks and shoe coverings before coming into my house. Which is greatly appreciated. They resolved my issue and now I have running water again.
