I recently had a problem with some Noble Focus Apollo headphones. Hifonix were very understanding and helpful. Indeed, they replaced them without any problems at all. From the moment of my original purchase I've had nothing but excellent service from this store. Both headphones and hifonix are highly recommended.

Owner is very helpful and very courteous even offered me a coffee before demoing the equipment his pricing is also very fair considering the level of audio equipment. Great head fi selection to chose from too would strongly recommend to discerning audiophiles.

So booked an appointment through their website on a Sunday and it gave me options to pick from and I picked one which was most connivant for me at 3 on Monday. I got to store about 30 min late and when I got in and explained I have an appointment the buy asked me are you sure did you get a conformation? I was driving past Birmingham so randomly decided to call into Hifonix to check out their headphone selection. The owner Aseem explained that normally you need to book an appointment for a dem, however he explained that if I was prepared to wait 10 minutes then he could squeeze me in. I went into the Headphone room and was thoroughly impressed, basically everything (probably 60 headphones and 20 headphone amps) on his website was there available to dem.
