Decided to buy an iBasso DX180 from a local(ish) shop, having been let down by a couple of other online retailers: the first lost in transit, the second somehow transformed into breakfast biscuits as I discovered to my suprise when I opened the package! 🤔. Shipping times were good, but I've sent 2 emails in the last week due to an issue with my turntable and Hifonix don't reply! Really poor customer service!

Ordered a Fiio Q11 on Thursday afternoon and it was with me 24hrs later. And they kept me updated every step of the way, even notifying me when DPD estimated to drop it off. Honestly, amazing service and £30 cheaper than Amazon! Get your audio needs here!
