Coming back into Hi-Fi after a long hiatus. Remembered a visit 11yrs ago when they first opened. Thought it was the ideal place to get back into the hobby. Made an appointment to see Billy. Super friendly welcome and full guided tour. They have expanded in sheer size and so so much to be impressed by. We went to the hifi lounge looking for advice on our first HiFi system, and we already came with some ideas in mind. Paul provided us with excellent advice, and we changed our mind on the speakers, which was one of the best things we could've done. Customer service is also incredible: the cables we bought were too short for our setup and Paul kindly exchanged them for us. Also, all items arrived super quickly. Outstanding hifi boutique. It's more than a store they will Taylor fit what you want but they will not pressure or influence you. They will advise and answer questions and will leave you alone to audition to your hearts content. They have an amazing range of hifi most is in the budget of serious hifi enthusiasts or seriously wealthy people but there is a fair range for mortals. Whatever your budget you are treated the same.
