Sarah and Steve are lovely genuine people who couldn’t be more helpful. They provide an excellent service. Highly recommended.
I first met Steve and Sarah after inheriting some HiFi gear. They took the time to explain it's use and how to care for it. Since then I have come back year after year as I have upgraded kit. They are fair with their pricing and have always been no quibble on any issues that their in house team have fixed or refunded. Best HiFi shop in the UK!

The staff, Sarah and Steve are very knowledgeable about their products, you can see the passion they have for sound. They helped me with little bits and bobs in my ever upgrading sound system.
